Accessibility statement

Our commitment to making SERAJ usable by everyone, and how we measure it.

SERAJ is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to people with disabilities. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and application, and to keep it aligned with recognised standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. SERAJ is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard.

Full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA is an active goal. We are remediating the known gaps described below and review our progress on a recurring basis.

Standard applied

SERAJ is measured against EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the technical baseline underpinning the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and Germany's Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG). These are the legal benchmarks we hold ourselves to.

Scope

This statement applies to the public SERAJ website and to the core areas of the application, including:

  • The marketing site and public information pages.
  • Sign-in, sign-up, and account authentication.
  • The research chat and search experience.
  • Billing, subscription, and account settings.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content is not yet fully accessible. We are aware of the limitations below and are actively remediating them:

  • Some interface elements and icons do not yet meet the minimum non-text contrast ratio in every theme.
  • A small number of form fields rely on placeholder text rather than a persistent visible label.
  • Some dialogs and pop-ups are missing a clear accessible name for assistive technologies.
  • Isolated areas may not reflow perfectly at high zoom levels, and a few text and interface colours fall just short of the target contrast.

These items are tracked in our internal remediation plan and are being addressed in ongoing releases.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of SERAJ. If you encounter a barrier or need information in an alternative format, please let us know:
